Talbots Shutters Men's, Kids
Hingham, Mass.–based retail chain The Talbots Inc. announced plans to close its Talbots Kids and Talbots Mens concept stores by September 2008. According to the company, both store concepts failed to “demonstrate the potential to deliver acceptable long-term return on investment.” The company will now focus on its Talbots and J.Jill women’s businesses.
