Gilman Joins Liz's Board
New York–based Liz Claiborne Inc. named Limited Brands veteran Kenneth B. Gilman to the company’s board of directors. Gilman’s election brings the number of directors to 10. Gilman spent more than 25 years at Limited Brands, holding several positions including executive vice president and chief financial officer as well as vice chairman and chief administrative officer. He has served on the boards of Limited Brands and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. And he was president and chief executive officer of Asbury Automotive Group until his retirement in May 2007.
