Nike/Umbro Deal Approved
Shareholders of London-based umbro approved the Scheme of Arrangement with beaverton, Ore.–based Nike Inc., which was required to facilitate the acquisition of umbro, a u.K.-based global soccer brand for approximately $565 million by Nike division Nike Vapor Ltd. The deal is expected to close in March.
