New CEO at Steve Madden
Edward Rosenfeld, former interim chief executive officer of Steve Madden Ltd., has been named chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the New York–based company by Steve Madden’s board of directors. Rosenfeld has been with the company since 2005. Before serving as interim chief executive officer, he was executive vice president of strategic planning and finance for the company. He came to Steve Madden from investment banking firm Peter J. Solomon Co., where he was vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
