Former Abercrombie & Fitch executive Michael W. Kramer was named president and chief executive officer of St. Louis–based Kellwood Co.’s women’s-clothing business, which includes the Vince, My Michelle, Phat Fashions, Sag Harbor, Briggs New York and XOXO brands.
