Comerica Relocates in Downtown Los Angeles
Comerica Bank has leased a 27,000-square-foot space at 601 Figueroa St., where it will house a ground-floor banking center and a 12th-floor commercial office.
The new space will serve as the bank’s regional office and consolidates several operations into one central location. The regional office will house five key departments: middle market, small business, private banking, the apparel and textile industries group, and retail banking.
Comerica has 86 banking centers in California, including 44 in Southern California. By the end of the year, the company plans to open an additional 14 centers in California and five in Arizona.
Based in Dallas, Comerica operates banks in Texas, California, Arizona, Florida and Michigan, as well as in Canada, China and Mexico. —Alison A. Nieder
