7 Sale Complete
Greensboro, N.C.–based VF Corp. announced its acquisition of the 7 For All Mankind label is complete. The premium-denim lifestyle line will join VF’s other recent purchase, Portland, Ore.–based retailer Lucy, to form VF’s new VF contemporary-brands division. Mike Egeck will continue as chief executive officer of 7 For All Mankind and will add president of VF contemporary brands to his responsibilities. VF’s other brands include Wrangler, Lee, Riders, The North Face, Vans, Reef, Napapijri, Kipling, Nautica, John Varvatos, JanSport, Eastpak, Eagle Creek, Lee Sport, Majestic and Red Kap.
