Sole Tech Contributes to Fire Relief
Flames from the recent Southern California wildfires could be seen from the Lake Forest, Calif., headquarters of Sole Technology, maker of Etnies, Altamont and Emerica shoes and apparel. Now, the company is partnering with the United Way, a nonprofit organization, to donate useful items to neighbors who lost their homes. Founder Pierre Andre Senizergues and his employees joined together in sending off their gift-in-kind donation of 1,000 pairs of shoes and 500 pieces of apparel.In a company statement, Sole Technology encouraged other companies to help victims of the Southern California wildfires by contacting the United Way, which is accepting donations.
