Keeping Up With China
The annual Apparel Conference of the Americas is being held July 31–Aug. 2 in Antigua, Guatemala. The theme is “one market, one region, one source.”
The conference, organized by the American Apparel Producers’ Network in Atlanta, will have two days of panels and conferences on the state of the apparel-producing business in Central America, sourcing strategies, the new wave in global sourcing, full-value costing and market opportunities.
The three-day event is being held at the historic Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, a former colonial monastery converted into a luxury hotel.
The $495 registration fee includes all meetings and meals. A $100 late fee applies to reservations made after July 20.
