Now Charming
Bensalem, Pa.–based retail chain Charming Shoppes Inc. named Gary L. Breitbart executive vice president, e-commerce, a new position for the company, and president of Charming Interactive, Charming Shoppes’ New York–based e-commerce unit. Breitbart was founding owner of his own consulting firm and previously served as chief operating officer of off-price apparel retailer Daffy’s. Charming Shoppes has 2,403 retail stores in 48 states under the nameplates Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, Fashion Bug Plus, Catherines Plus Sizes, Lane Bryant Outlet and Petite Sophisticates.
