IMG Buys Art
New York–based management agency IMG has acquired Art + Commerce, a rival agency composed of photographers, stylists, creative directors, and hair and makeup artists. Under the deal, Art + Commerce will continue to operate under its nameplate with its three founding principals: Anne Kennedy, Jim Moffat and Leslie Sweeney. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
