Hollywood Spotlight
Lingerie designer Bianca E. Cabada put the spotlight on new design talent when her company hosted “The Doorway Into Fashion” on Jan. 28 at the Music Box theater in Hollywood.
The flirty, theatrical lingerie designs of Cabada’s Tisbeth Designs collection shared the runway with Victoria Jefferson’s swim label, Nondi Luxe Swim, which featured bold colorblocked separates, whimsical nautical bikinis and sexy cut-out styles. The catwalk also featured the mixed-media designs of Guerrilla Republik, including military-influenced streetwear styles, and womenswear line Petro Montegos, which featured high-waisted skirts, dresses and trousers.
