Warnaco Explores Lejaby Sale
New York–based Warnaco Group Inc. formed an exclusivity agreement with Palmers Textil AG giving the European company exclusive rights to negotiate for Warnaco's Lejaby lingerie label, based in Lyon, France. Palmer Textil, which produces and distributes lingerie in Austria and Germany, announced its plans to continue to operate Lejaby out of its Lyon headquarters if the sale goes through.
