Fitzgerald in at Liz's Direct Brands
New York–based Liz Claiborne Inc. named Tom Fitzgerald chief operations officer for its Direct Brands business, which includes its Lucky Brand Jeans, Kate Spade, Juicy Couture and Mexx labels, as well as the company’s outlet business. In his new position, he will head up retail store rollout, storeoperating effectiveness and retail supply- chain capabilities and assist in finding systems to increase operating efficiency. Before joining Liz, Fitzgerald was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Burlington Coat Factory.
