VF Takes North Face from China
The Greensboro, N.C.–based VF Corporation has taken back The North Face business in China from its licensee, the Korea-based Youngone Corp. VF’s general manager for The North Face Asia/Pacific, Frank Cancelloni, will oversee The North Face business in China, and the division will operate from sales offices based in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. VF has owned the San Leandro, Calif.–based outdoor company since 2000.
