Iconix Goes Retail Direct
New York– based Iconix Brand Group Inc. struck an exclusive, retail-direct licensing agreement with Canadian retailer Hudson Bay Company for its London Fog brand. The multi-year agreement grants HBC the right to manufacture and distribute London Fog apparel, accessories and lifestyle products in HBC’s two retail stores, the Bay and Zellers. In all, London Fog will be distributed in 98 Bay stores, and a diffusion line will be distributed in 283 Zellers locations. Iconix is the owner of the Candie’s, Bongo, Badgley Mishka, Joe Boxer, Rampage, Mudd and London Fog brands. Its agreement to purchase the Mossimo brand is pending.
