ISAM Returns to MAGIC
The International Swimwear/Activewear Market will join the MAGIC Marketplace in Las Vegas Feb. 13–16 for the first time ever.
ISAM was part of WWDMAGIC’s Swim at the Hilton during the August edition earlier this year. The Los Angeles–based trade show joined the lineup at MAGIC in 2005 after hosting independent showings at Caesars Palace Special Events Center and at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
“It is an added show for ISAM members, and we’re excited to be part of MAGIC yearround,” said Barbara Brady, the swim show’s director. Brady said she doesn’t expect as many exhibitors as showed in August, but she said the earlier show may allow manufacturers to test Cruise offerings and get an early read on the upcoming season. Retailers looking for immediate swim goods will also be able to pick up product, she said.
