Tapping L.A. Talent
Helmut Lang has hired Los Angeles designers Michael and Nicole Colovos, founders of the Habitual label, to head up design for the New York–based company, which was recently purchased by Link Theory Holdings Co. from Prada. The Colovos will leave Habitual following the Fall collection and produce a small line for Helmut Lang for Spring 2007.
