Dos Lagos Attracting More Retail Chains
The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos, a lifestyle shopping center under construction in the Inland Empire city of Corona, has signed six new tenants, including clothing retailers Charlotte Russe, Coach and Talbot’s, bringing the total number of tenants signed to about 50. Others tenants include Victoria’s Secret, Jos. A. Bank, Finish Line and American Eagle Outfitters.
The 350,000-square-foot first phase is scheduled to open this fall near the 15 and 91 freeways. Memphis-based Poag & McEwen is developing the project, which is one of five similar shopping centers under construction throughout the country, including the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley in Manteca, Calif.
Dos Lagos is part of a 543-acre master-planned development that will feature pedestrian-oriented outdoor shopping surrounded by two lakes, an amphitheater and a 15-screen cinema complex. —Robert McAllister
