Downing Promoted at Neiman's
Dallas-based specialty store Neiman Marcus has promoted Ken Downing to senior vice president, fashion director. Downing has been vice president, public relations for the company since 1997. He joined the company in 1990 in the visual display department of the Beverly Hills store.
