DAG's Apparel Pitch
Chicago-based Denim Apparel Group has completed its acquisition of Moonlight Graham Inc., makers of retro-themed sportswear featuring Major League Baseball, General Motors, Anheuser-Busch, Universal Studios and Cadbury-Schweppes. The purchase is the first in the Denim Apparel Group’s acquisition strategy. The company is on the hunt for apparel brands selling in the $2 million–$5 million range, and is on track to grow to $10 million in sales and beyond. Denim Apparel Group has set its own growth track to exceed $50 million in sales within the next three years.
