Canada's Consoltex Sold
Boca Raton, Fla.–based private investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. announced that it has acquired the stock of Canadian textile maker Consoltex Inc. from American Industrial Partners for an undisclosed amount. Consoltex is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of woven, manmade technical fabrics. The company’s vertical operations include spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, coating, laminating and finishing processes.
