New CFO at Guess
Los Angeles–based contemporary brand Guess? Inc. announced the appointment of Dennis Secor as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the publicly traded company.
Secor, who is set to join the company on July 5, will take over all corporate financial operations, reporting, banking and investor relations for the apparel maker. He is the former vice president and CFO of the Canadian division of videogame maker Electronic Arts Inc. Secor will replace Carlos Alberini, Guess president and chief operations officer, who acted as the company’s interim financial officer after the departure of Frederick Silny.
“We are very pleased to have Dennis join our team,” said Maurice Marciano, the company’s chief executive. “He brings a strong technical, control and finance background, and his broad international experience will certainly be beneficial to Guess as we continue to expand our global presence.”
