More Castaldi for Yves
Los Angeles–based manufacturer Jeantex Group Inc. has agreed to reduce its ownership stake in Yves Castaldi Corp. from 51 percent to 20 percent. As a result, Yves Castaldi Corp. will surrender 6 million shares of Jeantex stock, retaining 4 million shares and cash already paid by Jeantex. Designer Yves Castaldi, president and chief executive officer of his namesake brand, will now be the majority owner of the company, which produces jeans and other apparel under the Just Yves, I Generation by Yves Castaldi, Instinct Yves and Yves Castaldi Raw Denim labels.
