Meister's New Exec
Kellwood Co. has named Gail Cook president of its David Meister division. Cook previously was a strategic consultant to the apparel industry and held executive positions at Liz Claiborne in that company’s Dana Buchman, Sigrid Olsen and Ellen Tracy divisions. The David Meister business is based out of Kellwood’s West Coast facility in City of Industry, Calif., but Cook will be based in the brand’s New York showroom.
