New Clients for ApparelMagic
Glendale, Calif.–based Murphy & Associates has signed on four new clients to use its ApparelMagic business management software system.
Los Angeles–area apparel companies The Great China Wall, Mike & Chris (M&C Apparel) and Baby Lulu, along with New York–based Charlotte Ronson, will use ApparelMagic to handle various aspects of production, sales and inventory management.
Chief Executive Officer John Murphy said these companies were looking for solutions to streamline their complex production models, which entail specialized garment construction and rapidly changing data.
The aim is to enhance margins by allowing decision makers to respond instantly to buying trends, manage production or purchasing cycles, and track all expenditures through ApparelMagic, which is an enterprise resource planning system. It addresses all aspects of apparel operations, including costing, sales, accounting and inventory management.
