TC2 to Discuss 3D, Customer Service at MAGIC
Cary, N.C.–based TC2, which researches fit for the apparel industry, will present two seminars focusing on 3D measurement technologies and customer service Feb. 21–22 during the MAGIC Marketplace at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The first event, “Improving Fit Using 3D Technology,” will take place at 2 p.m. on Feb.
21. The session will address 3D to 2D automatic pattern-generation applications and using 3D scan data with flat patterns for slacks, skirts and blouses.
The second event, “It’s All About Service,” will take place at 1 p.m. on Feb. 22. Seminar panelists will discuss methodologies to improve service levels and gain greater customer satisfaction and retention.
The seminars will be held in room MS114.
