ApparelMagic Adds Client Participation
Murphy & Associates, Inc., developer of ApparelMagic, a business management software system, has launched a client participation program aimed at improving ApparelMagic for all of its users as well as providing top clients with additional incentives.
The new Tier One Client Participation Program is open to clients in good standing who have Internet access and remote administration capabilities. Tier One clients will be able to get early access to beta versions of ApparelMagic as well as enhanced training materials, including new videotraining modules.
Those users will communicate with the company on program updates, bug fixes, new features and other enhancements via a dedicated, private page on the client’s ApparelMagic support Web site.
“The Tier One program will greatly enhance our ability to get feedback from clients, and to respond quickly to developing needs in the marketplace,” said Director of Sales Sal Minicucci.
The program also allows clients to receive technical “white paper” research reports and feature articles revolving around best practices in the use of ApparelMagic, training employees, optimizing LAN and Web configurations for the product, and integrating ApparelMagic into environments alongside other, industry-specific programs, such as CAD, accounting, EDI, design/ sketch and other programs.
