AIMS to Host EDI Workshop in L.A.
Noted Electronic Data Interchange expert Adam Rodriguez of eCsss will present an EDI Integration Workshop from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 28 at the Fashion Business Inc. Resource Center in Los Angeles.
EDI (electronic data interchange) is an electronic billing and information exchange that most department and larger specialtystore chains require from their vendors.
Rodriguez will explain the process and the steps vendors need to take to become EDI compliant.
Among the top are purchase orders, advanced shipping notices, invoices and UPC codes.
Additionally, Rodriguez will discuss the various forms and invoices required for the process as well as how to set up an EDI system.
The seminar will be held at the FBI Resource Center in Suite 212 of The New Mart.
