Sun Buys DBA
Boca Raton, Fla.–based Sun European Partners LLP has acquired the European intimates business of Sara Lee Corp. The intimate apparel division will be now known as Dim Branded Apparel and will be based in Paris. Among the brands in DBA’s stable are Dim, Playtex, Wonderbra, Chantal Thomas and Princesa, and the company’s brands are distributed throughout France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and areas of Eastern Europe. Sun European Partners is the European adviser to Sun Capital Partners.
