Tolcher Joins Tukatech as VP
Veteran apparel manufacturer Bill Tolcher has been named vice president of management consulting for Los Angeles technology firm Tukatech Inc.
Tolcher will help manage the company’s TukaGroup operations, which include CAD, 3-D dress forms, 3-D motion-simulating tools and other software.
He most recently was chief operating officer for Rampage Clothing Co. and previously worked in management capacities for XOXO, Jalate, Great Escape/Stony Apparel and Yank.
Tolcher started his career in 1957 working for Bobby Brooks in Ohio. He moved to California in 1979 and worked for Nancy Heller, among others.
