Promotions at Charlotte Russe
San Diego–based retail chain Charlotte Russe announced that Patti Shields has been promoted to general merchandise manager and executive vice president. Also, Ed Wong has been promoted to chief supply chain officer and executive vice president. Shields, who has been with the company since late 2005 as senior vice president for apparel merchandising, will add accessories and imports to her duties for the company. Wong has been with the company since late 2004, most recently as senior vice president of its information technology division.
