Gerber Names Industrial Director
Tolland, Conn.–based Gerber Technology has promoted Marco Azzaretti to the position of executive director, industrial markets and business development.
Azzaretti will be responsible for leading Gerber’s industrial market segments, including furniture, transportation interiors, composites and industrial fabrics. He will report to company President John Hancock.
Azzaretti joined Gerber Technology in 2001 and has held various business-planning positions, most recently as director, new business development. Before Gerber, he had worked for FMC Technologies and Deloitte Consulting in the United States and Europe.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Xavier University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. —Robert McAllister
