Jamison Buys Mid-Wilshire Building
California Market Center owner Jamison Properties of Los Angeles paid $14.7 million for an office and retail building at 3020 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, said CB Richard Ellis brokers.
Jamison purchased the property from Accord/New LLC. The two-story building was erected in 1958 and has a mix of office, medical office space and convenience store tenants. The 73,000-square-foot building is 100 percent leased.
With the purchase, Jamison now owns or manages about 20 million square feet of real estate in Southern California.
