Mervyn's Hire
Gary Schettino, a former senior vice president at Guess? Inc. and Macy’s West, is the new divisional merchandise manager for menswear at San Lorenzo, Calif.–based Mervyn’s. He will report to Michael Wallen, general merchandise manager of women’s ready-to-wear, men’s and kids’. Schettino will oversee merchandising, product development, strategic planning and allocation for all men’s apparel products.
