Hot Kiss to Japan
Los Angeles brands Hot Kiss and First Kiss will be sold in Japan. Brand manager Cherokee Inc. has signed a license agreement with Sumikin Bussan Corp. to distribute the brand in that country. The multiyear deal includes juniors’ and girls’ apparel, accessories, sunglasses, watches, handbags, small leather goods and footwear. This marks the third international deal for Hot Kiss after signing agreements with companies in China and the United Arab Emirates. Van Nuys, Calif.–based Cherokee manages the company’s licensing activities.
