Brand Science Inc., the New York–based affiliate of accessories manufacturer Accessory Network Group, has purchased LeSportsac Inc. in partnership with Osaka, Japan–based textile, machinery and chemical company Itochu. LeSportsac is a 32-year-old New York company that specializes in nylon handbags, accessories and luggage.
