Blue's New Holding
Commercebased Blue Holdings Inc. has struck an agreement with Taverniti So Jeans LLC to acquire the assets and liabilities of Taverniti So Jeans. As a result, the company created Taverniti Holdings LLC, which is jointly owned by Paul Guez, chairman and chief executive officer of Blue Holdings, and designer Jimmy Taverniti. Blue Holdings holds the license to produce Taverniti So Jeans through 2015, and the company expects that licensing agreement to continue. Guez will serve as the sole manager of the Taverniti brand.
