Pakistan Fashion Week
IMG—the producer of Olympus Fashion Week in New York and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, Calif., among other national and international fashion weeks—is looking at Pakistan, according to IMG’s Fashion Week Daily. The company has agreed to be the international consultant for Pakistan Fashion Week, which will be organized by Pakistan’s ARY Digital Network and will be held in Lahore in October. Organizers expect 12,000 attendees at the four-day event, which will include 16 runway shows, exhibition stalls and seminars. Among IMG’s international fashion weeks is the Lakme India Fashion Week, which the company has produced since 2000.
