Paxar Taps Maue
Richard A. Maue was named vice president and controller for White Plains, N.Y.–based printing and labels provider Paxar Corp. His position is effective July 1.
Maue, a certified public accountant, most recently was director of internal audit practice for Menlo Park, Calif.–based Protiviti Inc. Previously, he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Bohemia, N.Y.–based Andrea Electronics Corp. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. Paxar Chief Executive Officer Rob van der Merwe said the appointment “ensures we have strong technical finance expertise and outstanding leadership in this key financial management position.” —Robert McAllister
