Le Rouge’s camisoles with Swarovski crystal straps are designed to be worn as innerwear or outerwear. The Las Vegas–based label launched a little more than a year ago and is already expanding with shrugs and denim, both embellished with Swarovski crystals to match the camisoles.
The lace- and crystal-embellished camisoles are available in several colors—including turquoise, fuchsia, lime, black, white, olive and light pink—with matching colored crystal straps. The line also includes colored thongs with crystal T-backs. Wholesale price points are $75 for camisoles and $20 to $25 for thongs or studded boyshorts embellished with crystals and a print.
“It is a little pricey, but the quality is there,” said owner and designer Georgiann, who goes only by her first name. She added that the straps can also be worn as bracelets.
Currently, the removable colored crystal straps can only be bought with the matching camisole, but Le Rouge is planning to sell the straps and camisoles separately to give mix-and-match possibilities to the customer. While the crystal-embellished straps are the focus of the line, camisole styles are offered with rayon or silk straps.
