Lexor Buys Jeantex
Jeantex Group Inc. announced that Lexor Holdings Inc. has acquired the outstanding shares of the Los Angeles manufacturer. Jeantex manufactures jeans for labels such as ABS, Blue Cult, Guess, Hurley, Limited Express and Lucky Brand and also manufactures its own brand, Bone People, in Germany, Japan, Portugal, Scandinavia and Spain. Publicly held Lexor Holdings, also based in Los Angeles, will change its name to Jeantex. Lexor Holdings, which was founded in 1993, previously focused on the pedicure spa industry through its subsidiary, Lexor International. The company recently divested in the pedicure spa business to pursue opportunities in other markets.
