Indra Signs On Boast USA
San Diego–based Indra Technology Inc. is now supplying apparel and footwear maker Riviera Beach, Fla.–based Boast USA Inc. with Indra’s Escape On Demand sales management software.
The product automates back-office sales tasks, including order entry, order processing, order management, catalog preparation and distribution, sales force management, and sales forecasting.
Boast, which markets golf apparel and footwear, will use a hosted service in which the core software components will be installed at Indra’s hosting facility. Instead of buying software licenses, Boast pays a monthly fee for every ordering unit in use.
Escape is designed for manufacturers using a combination of field sales representatives, in-house customer service representatives and e-commerce to sell products to retail outlets. Its suite of fully integrated Windows-based components work with enterprise resource planning systems to automate order entry, management and tracking processes.
