OptiTex Names West Coast Manager
New York–based CAD/CAM company OptiTex USA Inc. has named industry veteran Tonya Randall West Coast account manager.
Randall will manage and coordinate all aspects of product presales and customer relationship support and training through the company’s new online customer relationship management system and OptiCare support programs. She will be based in Los Angeles.
Randall has more than 18 years of experience in CAD/CAM sales, operations and training. She has held positions with Gerber Technology Inc., MicroDynamics and Cutting Edge.
In another appointment, Veronica Calvillo was named North American account manager. Calvillo, who formerly held sales positions with Amazon.com and Morgan Stanley, will handle product sales, customer relationship management and public relations and will provide Spanishlanguage support. She will work from the company’s New York headquarters.
