Quiksilver Ski?
Quiksilver Inc. is in talks with Skis Rossignol to acquire the 100-year-old venerable French ski brand. If the two strike a deal, the Huntington Beach–based surfwear maker will expand its positioning in the winter sports market with Rossignol skis, snowboards, ski apparel and golf equipment. Quiksilver has a foot in winter sports with its snowboards, snowboard boots and bindings.
