Donnkenny Files
New York manufacturer Donnkenny filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York and has struck an asset purchase agreement with Donn K Acquisition LLC, a company affiliated with Pacific Alliance LLC. Donnkenny also announced that it has secured a new $60 million debtor-in-possession credit facility from CIT Group and Wells Fargo Century Inc. Production is continuing on Donnkenny’s licensed product lines, Nicole Miller and Pierre Cardin.
