San Francisco–based denim maker Levi Strauss & Co. has named Hilary K. Krane senior vice president and general counsel. She begins in January. Previously, she was assistant general counsel and partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where her advisory duties included corporate governance, regulatory matters, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, international commercial transactions and risk management.
