Scully Out at Saks
James Scully, executive vice president of human resources and strategic planning at Saks Inc., has resigned from his position, which he has held since April 2004. The Birmingham, Ala.–based department store chain has divided Scully’s responsibilities among Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Doug Coltharp and Senior Vice President of Human Resources Paul Shore. Coltharp will now also oversee strategic planning, and Shore will oversee the entire human resources division for the company.
