Trovata Among Finalists
Newport Beach–based Trovata’s Jeff Halmos, John Whitledge, Sam Shipley and Josia Lamberto-Egan are among the finalists for the Council of Fashion Designers of America’s CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, which provides resources and mentorships to up-and-coming fashion designers. The other finalists include Anthony Nak’s Nak Armstrong and Anthony Camargo, Atelier’s Jean Yu, Costello Tagliapietra’s Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra, Derek Lam, Isabel Toledo, Lutz & Patmos’ Tina Lutz and Marcia Patmos, Mayle’s Jane Mayle, Project Alabama’s Natalie Chanin, and Thom Brown. This year’s winner will be chosen in November.
