Offshore Production Issues on Slate at CFA Meeting

The end of quotas and the ensuing sourcing challenges, including the threat of dumping, will be on the agenda at the California Fashion Association’s membership meeting on May 17 at the California Market Center fashion theater.Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP, Stonefield Josephson Inc., Wells Fargo Trade Bank, Norman Krieger Inc. and the CMC are sponsoring the lunchtime panel discussion. Panelists include Andrew B. Schroth of Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt, Michael Ho of Wells Fargo, Bruce Berton of Stonefield Josephson and Robert Krieger of Norman Krieger Inc.

The panelists will discuss the actions needed to protect the supply chain, the quota categories that are most vulnerable to increased competition and U.S. regulation, and steps to take to prepare for anti-dumping measures and other trade actions.
